The STvega Gilo 400 machine is an easy-to-use machine designed for slicing and shredding herbs, leaves, greens, plant stems,vegetables and fruits. The thickness of the slice can be adjusted in the machine. Made of food grade stainless steel SUS304.

Principle of operation
The operator places the product on the conveyor belt. Further, moving along the conveyor belt, the product is fixed by a clamping mechanism and falls on the knives. After slicing, the product enters the previously installed container.
