The STvega Carrot Shredder 500 machine is designed for slicing carrots,potatoes, beets, zucchini, onions into strips (in Korean) and into rings (slices). Cutting is possible in the range from 1 to 5 mm. The most popular cut is 2.5 x 2.5 mm.

Principle of operation:
The equipment has a drum inside which is a rotary plate with a pusher rotating clockwise. The operator manually continuously throws the product into the drum. With the help of centrifugal force, the product falls into a special narrowing chute on the rotary plate, being located lengthwise in the position required for cutting. Next, the product enters the knives for longitudinal and transverse cutting, installed according to the dimensions specified in the technical specification.
