The STvega HDFS 100 machine is capable of cutting meat and meat products into longitudinal parts of a given thickness. If necessary, you can change the thickness of the slice by replacing the block of knives. The machine is suitable for cutting chicken fillet, fish, meat, bacon, etc. Sharp cutting blades make it possible to qualitatively cut a chilled product of any complexity (in particular, stringy, fatty, with films).

The recommended temperature of the product during slicing is 0 ⁰C.

Working principle:
The product is placed on a conveyor belt by an operator or is delivered using a feed conveyor. Next, along the conveyor belt, the meat goes to the cutting area, where it falls under the action of horizontally arranged disk knives and is cut according to the specified dimensions. The thickness of the meat slice depends on the distance between the knives located in the block. The sliced product falls on the conveyor belt of the removal conveyor and goes along it to the container for finished products or to the further processing stage.

Note: This machine is not intended for slicing frozen and sub-frozen products, as well as products with bones (except for small fish bones).
