The STvega Meat Slicer H500 machine is designed for cutting raw chilled meat into slices or strips (strips) of size from 2 to 30 mm When using the equipment, both two blocks of knives can be used at the same time, and only the upper or lower one, thus changing the shape of the cut.

Principle of operation:
The product is fed by the operator through the loading port and enters the cutting assembly. The cutting unit consists of two blocks of disk rotating knives installed perpendicularly one under the other. Slices or strips are cut as the product passes through each block of knives in a smooth and continuous manner. The size of the cut depends on the size of the distance between the knives in each block. The sliced product goes through the unloading port into a container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.
