Principle of operation
The raw material enters the drum through the receiving compartment, then falls on a horizontally located disc with five cleaning knives, which rotates continuously, wherecleaning of potatoes from the skin takes place. During cleaning, water is fed from above, washing the product. Waste water is discharged into the sewer or into a prepared container for draining. After cleaning, the product is unloaded under the action of centrifugal force through an open side exit hole into a container for finished products.
