Principle of operation:
The product is manually fed by the operator onto the conveyor belt, which automatically moves it to the cutting unit. The clamping mechanism precisely positions the product and fixes it with the help of a "floating" clamping head, which ensures uniform and high-quality cutting. The speed of the belt and the rotation of the knife are independently adjustable, which allows you to precisely adjust the thickness of the slice according to the type of product. After passing through the knife mechanism, the cut slices are placed in a stand-up container or at a further stage of processing.
