Dough divider-rounder Sinmag SM-430, Cherkassy region.

The semi-automatic dough divider is intended for dividing the dough into equal 30 pieces with their further rounding, which will give the blanks an ideal spherical shape. It enjoys a well-deserved demand for small productions of small items.
The principle of operation is simple - we put a measured (weighed) piece of dough on a dividing plate and place it in the dividing head of the machine. When the dividing mechanism is turned on, the dividing head lowers and cuts the dough with knives.(//tractor-service.com)
After that, we start the mechanism for the set time for rounding.
