Our shells are made of high-quality and wear-resistant steel 100Cr6 or 20MnCr5, depending on the application. The quenching process with high tempering ensures maximum service life and uniform wear.
We offer roller covers for any application. Each configuration has a geometric design that provides maximum productivity during pressing of raw materials through the matrix.
Types of configuration:
• Perforated, with straight holes
• Perforated, with conical holes

• Ribbed, with a straight tooth.
