High-quality steel
Matrices are made of high-quality chrome steel X46Cr13, hardened to 53-55 HRC on the Rockwell scale. Our matrices are more resistant to abrasion during granulation of extremely difficult types of raw materials consisting of fiber, for example, beet pulp, straw or hay. Roller shells are made of 100Cr6 or 20MnCr5, depending on the application.

Our own vacuum curing oven includes the latest technologies. The quality of die hardening is constantly monitored online. This allows you to adjust the quenching in real time, which leads to excellent matrix quality and optimal service life. The furnace is suitable for hardening matrices with a diameter of up to 1,500 mm.

Quality control
All our matrices are carefully checked for quality, hardness, consistency of geometric dimensions and concentric accuracy. Each matrix is ​​rolled and preserved before shipping.
