DUKAT DLM-6 disk harrow-hugger, Kharkiv region.

Advantages of harrowsDLM-6 before similar devices:
the speed of the unit reaches 20 km/h, and the width of the grip is 6.25 m, which makes it possible to use it with maximum productivity;
a modernized bearing unit with a cassette seal functions until the end of the service life, not requiring lubrication;
the small distance between the disks (125 mm) in tandem with low-frequency vibrations of the rack prevents the formation of deep grooves and promotes stable tillage of the soil;(//tractor-service.com)
the bearing unit of the outer disk in DLM-6 is attached to the rack from the inside, thereby solving the problem of the furrow from the outer disk without the need for additional parts;
reflecting shields between the rows of discs contribute to the maximum grinding of the soil and its qualitative mixing with plant residues;
42 high-quality Bellota boron steel discs will last twice as long as ordinary steel discs;
thanks to the spring teeth located in front of the roller, the soil does not fly out from under the second row of disks, excluding the clogging of the unit during high-speed work.
The spring rack in theshrinker DLM-6 contributes to the reduction of traction resistance and economical fuel consumption. The built-in overload protection provides 3D protection of the bearing unit of the working body when hitting obstacles, so damage and breakdowns of harrow components are excluded. The presence of a spring rack also gives a uniform processing depth (from 3 to 14 cm) and ensures self-cleaning of the discs during operation, allowing to work on wet soils without clogging.
