Information about our honey
WITHOUT HEAT TREATMENT(//tractor-service.com)
Our honey has never been heated (thermally processed) and retains all its beneficial properties. Although many enterprises that purchase crystallized honey from beekeepers have installed lines for pouring liquid honey into consumer containers. Honey becomes liquid when heated and remains so for a long time, losing up to 90% of its medicinal properties. Loss of biological activity of honey occurs when heated above 45 °C, because when heated, many natural enzymes, vitamins, proteins, tannins, and aromatic substances contained in honey are completely or partially destroyed.
WITHOUT IMPURITIES AND BEE MEDICINES
In our honey you will neverfind sugar and other impurities. We constantly confirm the quality of honey with laboratory results. In the spring, ourbees begin to live and work in prepared and beautified hives in which there are no antibiotics or bee medicines.
MATURE
Our honey is collected when it is ripe, i.e. the mass fraction of water is reduced to a normal level. Nectar, "turning" into honey, goes through a technological cycle, the essence of which is to remove excesspollen and moisture from it, as well as to transform complex sugars into monosaccharides. Actually, this is called ripening of honey. If this cycle is not completed, the honey is unripe. A conscientious beekeeper begins pumping honey from the frame no earlier than 5-6 days after the combs are sealed.
