Hydro-powered roller rink mulcher KIR 6 with wheels, Zaporizhia region.

Katok shredder cutting KIR-6 is an equipment designed for grinding plants leftovers Levels and partially mulches the surface of the earth.
Grinding plant residues and partial mulching of the soil delays the evaporation of moisture, regulates the temperature of the surface layer, restrains the growth of weeds, protects against weathering, and enriches the soil with organic matter.
Sections of the KIR-6 rink according tolocation of cutting blades are divided into the following types:
- rectilinear arrangement of knives;(//tractor-service.com)
- checkerboard arrangement of knives;
A hydraulic cylinder is used to overturn the KIR 6 roller when it is moved to the working or transport position. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor with the help of two hydraulic hoses and quick-disconnect couplings. The hydraulic hoses are connected to the hydraulic cylinder with fittings.
Rollershredder shredder plant residues KIR-6 has a significant advantage over similar equipment, as it is able to function even on heavy clay soils. Unlike its analogues, KIR-6 does not clog the intertooth space of the working drums with increased humidity, and the rollers do not lose their ability to perform the technological process qualitatively.
