I will sell a new deep loosener BEDNAR TERRALAND (TN 3000 M7R, 4000 M7R), Vinnytsia region.

Bednar TERRALAND is a chisel-shaped plow that allows economical, fast and high-quality and deep soil cultivation. The general concept of the unit is an alternative to classic plowing with an increase in daily productivity (working speed of 6-12 km / h) and a decrease in energy consumption (up to 60% compared to plowing).

1. Rigid massive frame that allows deep processing up to 55 cm.
2. The main supporting frame is made of high-strength ALFORM steel.
3. Extremely high passability of the unit - frame height up to 79 cm, distance of working bodies 85 cm.
4. The Quick Change system of working bits intelligently solves the quick replacement of the main wearing working bodies.
5. Hydraulically adjusted annular tandem rollers crush lumps. Depth adjustment is also hydraulic.
6. Chisel-type plows can work the soil even in difficult conditions, at a greater depth and with significant cost savings compared to classic plows.
7. Low traction resistance guarantees a lower need for fuel, the geometry of the chisels allows high-quality processing of dry areas, and tandem ring rollers crush blocks.
8. The unit breaks the plow sole, the tips of the plows are able to penetrate under the compacted layer. The land of the upper soil profile is intensively mixed with plant residues and laid down.
The final result is perfect thanks to the shape of the chisel with 3 corners:
- The first corner does not raise the lower (rather poor) layer of soil to the depth where the seeds are sown. The first corner aggressively destroys the plow sole.
- The second angle causes an intense mixing effect, plant residues are mixed with the soil. A homogeneous organic material is created.
- The third corner prepares mixed organic residues for final laying.
9. After the passage - the area is flat, loosened, plant residues are planted. In this way, subsequent work operations (grinding blocks ...) are unnecessary, which means additional cost savings. The working depth of chisel-shaped plows is greater than that of classic plows.
10. High processing speed up to 12 km/h.
11. The lower layers of the soil are not removed - mixing takes place only in the upper layer.
12. Fuel savings due to the special geometry of the chisels, namely their angle.(//tractor-service.com)
13. Self-cleaning tandem rollers
14. Terraland TN units are attached to the tractor using a three-point linkage. The hinged solution guarantees better maneuvering with the unit on U-turns and public roads.
15. Terraland units are maintenance-free, including the rear roller bearings, which are filled with lifetime grease.
16. The design of Terraland TN allows you to work with the unit on very wet fields, improving the soil profile, breaking capillarity, which allows you to solve the problem of flooding fields once and for all.
