Soil tiller 1.4 m with cardan (China), Kyiv region.

Hinged soil tiller (soil tiller) with a working width of 1.4 m complete with cardan shaft has high agrotechnical properties. In one pass, the tiller creates the optimal soil density and, thanks to the high degree of crushing of soil clods, increases its biological and biochemical activity. The design combines a classic layout with the introduction of new technological developments, therefore it is distinguished by reliable operational qualities, ease of use, maintenance and an affordable price.

The soil tiller is equipped with a cardan shaft for connection to the PTO of thetractor, a 3-point hitch system (on atractor corresponding power), a durable frame, a closed gearbox in an oil bath (serves to reduce revolutions), replaceable cutting knives of right and left orientation, a protective cover of the knives.(//tractor-service.com)

The pressure of the casing can be adjusted: loosening the pressure increases the size of the soil particles, and increasing it contributes to their more thorough fragmentation due to intense impacts on the metal body. The milling depth is adjusted with the help of the tractor's hydraulics and the adjustment of the ripper position 145положения рыхлителя производится регулировка глубины фрезерования.

Loosening with a tiller reduces the compaction of sub-plough layers, affects the degree of grinding of soil and plant residues, improves the conditions for the development of the root system of plants and is an expedient type of treatment for heavy soils.
