The machine is designed for performing various milling works on the driven products with manual feeding and cutting studded joints using a studded carriage. The machine is equipped with three-phase motors with a power of 2x-5.5kw. At the request of the customer, it can be equipped with single-phase motors with a power of up to three kilowatts. The diameter of the spindle is 32 mm. The length of the spindle neck is 120 mm, the size of the table is 1000x600 mm. The spindle is offset to the carriage, from the center of the spindle to the narrowest part of the table 160mm. The vertical stroke of the spindle is 130 mm. The size of the lower table of the carriage for studding is 320x500mm. The size of the upper table for processing curved surfaces is 500x500 mm. The longitudinal stroke of the carriage is 750 mm, the transverse stroke is 150 mm. The milling unit is equipped with a two-groove pulley. Changes can be made to the design of the machine according to the needs of the customer.
