The block-modular design of the NGR deep tillers allows the unit to be used for various technological operations of soil treatment:

Processing with a deep-rooting section - slotted loosening to a depth of up to 45 cm with the purpose of undermining the plow sole, forming a network of cracks along the layer section with the least disturbance of the soil profile, while preserving the maximum amount of harvest residues to prevent erosion processes. It provides both soil aeration and moisture accumulation and layer decompaction.
An additional installation of intermediate chisel posts with a half-step shift of the main posts with different types of paws (spear-shaped with flat-cutting wings) allows you to work the soil to a depth of 25-30 cm along the entire section of the layer, ensuring crushing and partial mixing of the soil without removing the extra layer.
Double self-cleaning toothed rollers additionally crush, level and compact the treated soil.
Replacing the main loosening racks (with chisels) for chisel racks (with a spear-shaped paw) and flat-cutting wings, together with additionally installed intermediate racks, allows you to use the unit as a stubble cultivator with a continuous cut across the entire width of the grip.
Chisel-shaped loosening tool, with a small angle of entry into the soil, significantly reduces energy consumption, allowing to usetractor less power with the same work performed.
All working bodies are equipped with mechanical protection (shear bolt).
