The working principle of the K 50 nutcracker: a nut is loaded into the hopper and the nutcracker is startednutcracker. A chain conveyor grabs the nut and moves it into the spike mechanism. The nut falls between the conical plates, falls down according to its size, the plates are compressed and the shell cracks, while the kernel remains intact. When the plates diverge, the nut is sent to the unloading compartment.
