ENI ACER 15
Eni ACER is a special industrialoil intended for use in circulation and hydraulic systems. It is produced from selected paraffin base oils with the addition of antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives.
APPLICATION
As hydraulic fluids, Eni ACER products are suitable for both hydrostatic and hydrodynamic systems (with the exception of special automotive automatic transmissions).Oils are used in those cases where such properties as high resistance to aging, good anti-corrosion properties, high deemulsification ability are required. However, they should not be used in cases where pumps or other equipment require a surface layer of lubricant, as they do not have high anti-wear properties. Oils are also recommended for oil baths or circulation systems, for most mechanisms, such as:

- trunnion;

- bearings;

- antifriction bearings;

- crank;

- hypoid transmissions that do not require the use of oils with EP properties;

- clutch working in an oil bath.

Eni ACER oils are also used to lubricate air compressors. Grades 32, 46, 68 and 100 correspond to the DIN 51506 VCL level, and grades 150, 220, 320 and 460 correspond to the DIN 51506 VBL level.

Eni ACER can also be used for other purposes when high-quality paraffin-based oils are required. Eni ACER 100, in particular, can be used in the crankcase of many engines with separate lubrication and water cooling of pistons.

PROPERTIES AND OPERATIONAL QUALITIES
The Eni ACER series of oils has a high viscosity index, which significantly reduces the change in oil viscosity, and therefore the performance of the oil film is preserved over a wide range of operating temperatures.

All types of oils have excellent stability to oxidation and resistance to aging.

Eni ACER oils have good separation properties with water and do not form an emulsion leading to loss of lubricating properties.

Excellent anti-foam properties allow you to get rid of air bubbles that appear very quickly. This property, necessary for hydraulic fluids, prevents the occurrence of any problems with the circulation and pumping of oil by the pump, reduces the level of thermal and oxidative aging.

All types of oils have good anti-corrosion properties that reliably prevent corrosion even in the presence of moisture.

Oils are compatible with all types of elastomers and sealants.
