Esthet 905, k.e. - Post-emergence systemic herbicide of selective action to combat annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds in crops
cereals ear crops and corn.
Active substance: 2-ethylhexyl ether of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid
Chemical class: derivatives of chlorophenoxyacetic acid
Preparative form: emulsion concentrate
Content: 905 g/l
Tare unit: 20 liters, the price is indicated for 1 liter.
Advantages
• Effective in the fight against problematic weeds (field birch, thistles)
• Great penetrating ability inside weed plants
• Fast visual effect
• Low application rates
• Begins to act already at +5°С
• A reliable component in tank mixtures with sulfonylureas.
Mechanism of action:
The active substance of the drug - 2-ethylhexyl ether 2,4-D - is easily soluble in fats, which allows it to quickly penetrate through the cuticle into plants, causing a pathological increase in the plasticity of cell membranes, increased protein biosynthesis and ethylene production in plant tissues, which in turn leads to uncontrolled cell division in the conducting tissues of plants. Signs of the herbicidal effect of the drug are manifested in the form of twisting of leaves and shoots of weeds, thickening of stems and their cracking.

Absorption and movement in the plant:
It is absorbed mainly by the leaves of weeds, a small amount is absorbed by the roots. Systemically distributed throughout the plant: xylem moves to the upper parts, phloem to the roots.
Application features:
To achieve maximum efficiency, use during the period of active weed growth. The drug can be used in a wide range of temperatures: from +5ºС to +22ºС. The temperature at the time of processing should not exceed +25ºС. The volume of the working solution must be increased with an increase in the vegetative mass of the crop, the height of the weeds and their density in the crops.
