The speed of the machine is controlled by a drive (variator) with an adjustable rotation frequency, which ensures the regulation of the process of removing bones in the range of 7.8-47 strokes per minute.hand wheel and a manual mode switch are installed on it to set up and start the device. The brush and the cutting unit have an independent drive. Smooth, silent movement of the chain is ensured thanks to guide rollers and polyamide guides. Punches (knives), for squeezing out the bones, are placed on the punch holder, which moves along the guide racks.
The process of removing the bones:
After the washing machine, the fruits fall into the receiving unit, directly onto the pitting plate. Fruits that do not fall into the holes of the plates are swept back into the receiving node with the help of a brush. Intermittently moving plates with fruits gradually enter the position of pit removal. The remote bones pass through the rubber cuffs and fall into the divertingscrew conveyor. After removing the pits, the fruits in the plates hit the ramp and fall into the receiving container or onto the conveyor belt. Fruits stuck in the plates are pushed out by a plate with pushers installed on it, placed on the reverse side of the plates.
Cutting node:
The unit is installed separately on the device, in order to ensure the aesthetic removal of pits from various fruits. The rotating disk knives of the cutting unit cut the fruits before the pits are squeezed out. In the process of cutting, the fruits are held in the proper position with the help of cylindrical support brushes. Knives for knocking out stones, combined with separating knives, remove the stones, simultaneously dividing the fruit into two halves.
Vibrating table:
If necessary, a vibration device with a separate electric drive can be installed on the machine. This node improves the aesthetics of fruits after pitting, helps to clean fruits, removes possible small fruit crumb, small remains of pits.

Holes are made with a tolerance of 4 mm. This means that if the diameter of the hole is 24 mm, then in such a plate, stones with a diameter of 20-24 mm are easily removed. If the deviation is greater than this, it is recommended to recalibrate the cherry.

2. When processing plums:
Since plum fruits have an oval shape, it is recommended to install them perpendicularly, because only in this case we will get fruits beautifully divided in half. For this, it will not hurt to observe the following:
- the maximum diameter of the fruits must coincide with the diameter of the holes;
- the minimum diameter of the fruits should be less than the diameter of the holes by only 2-3 mm.

3. When processingapricots/peaches:
Apricots and peaches are the so-called non-orientating (not lying in a certain orientation) varieties of fruit, therefore, from 15-20% of fruits, the stones are removed in a vertical position, often the fruit splits in the lower part. Therefore, if you need a canned product with a beautiful aesthetic appearance, it is recommended to install a sorting line. The size of the holes should be selected in accordance with the size of large fruits. The maximum permissible deviation is 5 mm.
