Vacuum machine for mushrooms KV1 (Poland), Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The installation is intended for structural impregnation ofmushrooms with water or a specially prepared solution for their conservation according to certain technological parameters.
The installation consists of the following working bodies:
Vacuum cabinet
• Vacuum system (pump with water tank, blocking valve) 136
манометрическое реле с регулятором)
• Solution supply system (water pump, blocking valve, water level relay)
• Clamping system (clamping grid, pneumatic servomotor with valve)
• Vacuum break valve
• Power supply and control system (PLC microcontroller)
• Alarm system (bulbs)
• Pneumatic power and control system
Tank with solution
• Reservoir with inspection hatch.
• Max. water level relay
• Dosing valve(//tractor-service.com)
• Locking valves
Site for service personnel
Reservoir with concentrate (automatic dosing system) is an additional option.
Principle of operation:
Mushrooms (cut or whole) in closed boxes with holes are inserted into a vacuum cabinet. The work cycle starts automatically after closing the cabinet door and pressing the START button. When using the display screen, the working cycle and technological recipes are programmed. The process of impregnation of the raw product takes place according to the given technological parameters. During the working cycle, under the influence of vacuum pressure, the solution penetrates into the structure of the mushroom. After
at the end of the working process, the solution is pumped into the tank. When the cabinet door is opened, the amount of water in the tank is automatically replenished.
The installation is made from:
The structure is welded from stainless steel. Elements available
direct contact with the raw product, made of materials
allowing contact with food products. Installation nodes are convenient for
sanitary treatment, the surface is smooth, the structure is made of
closed and rounded profiles. Electrical control
is in a hermetically sealed box.
