Innovative inexpensive granaries, Kyiv

In recent years, grain yields have grown significantly crops in Ukraine, and, accordingly, the export potential of the industry. The need for grain storage systems at large companies is growing. Storage in elevators, as a rule, is expensive, often without observing the appropriate storage conditions, sometimes inconvenient in terms of timely shipment. At the same time, the construction of new capital elevators, according to the calculations of JSC "Bread of Ukraine", is economically unprofitable and takes a long time. We offer an innovative, cheap, fast (several months) solution to the problem of grain storage on large and medium-sized farms.

We present to your attention the floor grain storage system from the Erez plant in Israel.
Over the past 15 years, our floor storage systems have been installed and are in operation in Australia, Cyprus, Jordan and Africa. In Australia, this floor storage method accounts for 75% of storage systems across the continent.

Floor storage is an alternative option for existing storage such as granaries, bunkers and elevators. The necessary conditions for grain storage are strictly observed due to the unique membrane fabric covering.

The system includes:
• Turnkey installation - a set of equipment, installation and start-up of the system.
• A complete set of supports, decking and canopies for covering grain.
• Corresponding set of grain supply to the warehouse fromgrain truck
• Apparatus for tensioning the fabric during childbirth

The main advantages of floor storage are:
• Profitability - based on the calculation for the storage of a ton of grain or other crops (for example -corn), the total cost of storage and operation is significantly lower than the other solutions.
• Reliability - the floor storage system is a quickly assembled, modular and well-developed system that does not require maintenance and operation of mechanisms and metal or reinforced concrete structures.
• Long storage periods - The simplicity and reliability of the system allow you to store crops for up to 36 months.
• Modularity and mobility – The system can be disassembled, moved and assembled on a new site depending on the needs. The storage system allows you to store almost any volume of crops - depending on the needs and size of the plot.
• Crop protection – the system is waterproof, airtight and also protects against rodents.
• Durability of the design - in practice, the system works without damage or major repairs for more than 10 years.

Flexibility in operation and short installation times offer a quick solution for increasing storage capacity, the possibility of creating storage facilities near the fields and savings on transportation.
The system does not require large investments and allows complete independence from existing structures.

Our technical experts will be happy to discuss with you in detail our solution and its suitability for your requirements.

We believe that such a solution is justified for use in PJSC "Agrarian Fund of Ukraine", JSC "Bread of Ukraine", the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine and other state and private organizations working with large volumes ofgrain legumes crops.
