Voskhod disk, BP Voskhod harrow disk, toothed, buy Voskhod disks, Zaporizhia region.

Diskborony vyreznoy, outer diameter 660 mm, inner hole diameter 46 mm, 8 holes for the hub diameter 11 mm, 10 teeth, thickness 6 mm.
We also manufacture a toothed disc with a diameter of 600 mm to order. (variety of harrow).

The production is based on the technologies of the State Standard of Ukraine! (former GOST)
Advantages:
- 65G spring steel or its analogues with manganese content is used, as well as boron-containing steel (we own a laboratory with the necessary equipment to check the quality of steel before the metal is accepted into production);
- Full heat treatment cycle. Hardening does not occur once (a shortened cycle), but in several stages (heating to high temperatures and soaking inoil or salt solution several times, while only this part of the production process takes about 3 days);
- The content of manganese (boron) in the metal only after the full cycle of heat treatment strengthens the product to such an extent that it becomes weakly wearable, i.e. wear-resistant to friction;
- The optimal hardness of the product is 36 units (HRC), not more than 42HRC (with an increase in hardness indicators, the 65G steel becomes brittle, which is not acceptable for wear resistance);(//tractor-service.com)
- Volume hardening method is used (the product is fully heat-treated, not only on the working edge or surface, so it does not require additional surfacing from hard alloys);

The result of such a production process has been tested for decades. Therefore, fulfilling all the conditions, according to the technical documentation, and maintaining strict quality control for many years, we guarantee you the long-term operation of each product and significant savings when using our products.
