This is not an anecdote, but a real quote. Friday, November 12, evening news on "Inter" TV channel (Ukraine):

"At a meeting with employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prime Minister(//tractor-service.com)
Vladimir Yanukovych of Ukraine said that he ALWAYS treated their profession with PERSONAL respect".

Damn, there's no need for jokes with such a candidate.
