Screw oil press FS 1010 is the best solution for achieving maximum oil output. This model of screwoil press is based on Farmet technologies. It is designed and manufactured at our factory, intended for large productions. Depending on the type of processing technology, these presses are always adjusted in such a way that optimal pressing performance is achieved. This allows them to be used in processes of both single and double pressing in different technologies, depending on the preliminary mechanical and thermal treatment of the seeds. Configuration and adjustment of each press for specific use is done at the factory.

FS 1010 is a screw oil press of a new generation, distinguished by wide variability of use. The "heart" of the press is a geometry consisting of several sections, and due to the change in the shape of the screw in these sections, gradual compression of the pressed material in the chambers of the press and the squeezing of oil from the seeds occurs. The oil flows out through the drain slots into the press basket, and the longitudinal placement of the plates increases the drain area and thus the oil output. Changing the shape of the auger and the width of the outflow slots allows you to optimally adjust the pressing process for a specific type of oilseeds and a specific technology.

Screw oil press FS 1010 is a high-capacity press, its productivity reaches 22-88 tons/day. In the standard version, it is made for connection to an electrical network that meets the EU specification, but the wiring can also be adapted to the requirements of local markets (USA, Canada...). The press can be equipped with a frequency converter of the main drive, which will increase the possibilities of optimizing the pressing process. The power of the electric motors of these presses is from 55 to 132 kW, depending on the technology.
