Each section is equipped with a double-circuit drive, which is much higher than in the seeder of the old model. Such a design prevents the reset of the drive chain of the section and thereby excludes screening. This, in combination with the new drive protection system, ensures the efficiency of work even on weedy fields.
To create a stable discharge in the pneumatic system, the seeder is equipped with a rotary fan, which works directly from the tractor's power take-off shaft, through the cardan shaft with a speed of 540 revolutions per minute. The fan of the new model has an overrunning clutch, thanks to which, when turning, after dropping the engine speed, the fan continues to work by inertia, the seeds do not fall off the seeding disc. It is aggregated with tractors of the traction class from 1.4 t./s. Bunkers are made of high-strength plastic (they do not deform, do not crack when the temperature drops, do not require additional processing). The frame acts as a receiver and serves as a discharge chamber for the pneumatic system.
