The Super Walter W 1770 wide-reach planter is designed for sowing grain and small-seeded crops using zero tillage technology. And also this seeder has a great advantage, it can be equipped for sowing plowed crops with a row spacing of 70, 52.5 and 35 cm with a mechanical or pneumatic seeding device.
The seeder works successfully both in fields in South America and in Europe, in particular in the territory of Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia.
It shows excellent sowing results on the most difficult soils due to its powerful and reliable construction.
Thanks to the uniform distribution of the weight of the seeder over the entire width of the grip, we get a pressure of up to 400 kg on each sowing line.
A cutting disc is installed in front of the sowing line, it provides cutting of the harvest residues that remained after harvesting, and also loosens and prepares the bed for the passage of the coulter discs. The disk can be easily adjusted in terms of pressure and cutting depth, which allows you to prepare the necessary strip of treated soil for further sowing.
The coulter consists of two disks with a diameter of 41 cm, which allows you to cut through plant residues and form the necessary seedbed for sowing at a given depth. The sowing depth is regulated with the help of two depth control wheels located on the sides of the disc coulter.
Ideal copying of the relief of the field is achieved with the help of a separate parallelogram attachment of each coulter. In combination with
wheels depth control, the coulter perfectly maintains the set seeding depth even on uneven areas of the field. The rear floor pneumatic wheel (or seed sealer) presses the grain, guaranteeing its contact with the soil, which promotes rapid germination.
At the end of the section there are two rubber wheels with toothed discs that provide rolling of the sowing furrow.
Drive wheels are used to drive sowing machines, which transmit rotation to gearboxes.

Changing the seeding rate on seed drills is done by gearboxes operating in an oil bath. The gearbox for sowing grain crops has 54 gears and a safety clutch. Boxes with 36 gears are used to regulate the sowing rate of small-seeded crops and the rate of fertilizer application.
The seeder is equipped with metal grain hoppers and fertilized. The bunker is divided into two parts in the ratio of 60% for grain and 40% for mineral fertilizers. The partition separating the hopper can be removed, thanks to which the entire volume can be fully used for grain.
For sowing, a reel device is used, which has a viewing window for monitoring the sowing process. Next, grain and fertilizers enter the coulter through corrugated seed tubes.
Fertilizers can be applied both to the coulter simultaneously with the grain, and to a separate coulter for applying fertilizer in the row.
The seeder is extremely simply and quickly transferred to the transport position. At the same time, the transport width is 3.8 meters. The hitch is raised hydraulically, which facilitates preparation for transportation. Thanks to the vertical axis, the transport wheels can turn 360 degrees, thereby increasing maneuverability during work and moving. Wheels with wide
колеса могут вращаться на 360?, тем самым увеличивая маневренность во время работы и переездов. Колеса с широкими
tyres 400/60x15.5 allow you to carefully treat the field surface without creating a lot of pressure from the work of the seeder.
Re-equipment kit for sowing plowed crops.
The seeder can be additionally equipped for sowing plowed crops with the help of a mechanical or pneumatic seeding device.
Seeding devices are installed on the basis of coulters used for sowing grains.
The seeder can be equipped with sowing devices for sowing plowed crops with a row spacing of 70, 52.5 and 35 centimeters for sowing corn, soybeans, sunflower and other crops.
