Rotor mowers of the Strige series, Zaporizhzhya region.

STRIGE rotary mowers are one of the lightest in his class. Due to their low weight (about 420 kg), they work with minimal fuel consumption and pressure on the soil. Mowers of the STRIGE series are capable of mowing 3 to 4.8 hectares of grass in a single time with stacking.
The basis of impeccable work is a reliable cutting bar. At a rotor speed of up to 2,850 rpm, the mower mows high-yielding and fallen grass at high forward speeds of up to 15 km/h. Thanks to the curved shape of the knives, a double cut of the stems and damage to the root system is excluded. The STRIGE 2400 can optionally be equipped with discs with 3 knives. This will increase productivity by 30%, reduce the load on the rotor, save fuel and ensure trouble-free operation in all weather conditions.
The easy-to-use and easy-to-use STRIGE series mowers are suitable for farms harvesting fodder on natural and sown hayfields.
At a PTO rotation frequency of 540 rpm, they are aggregated with tractors of the traction class 0.9-1.4 t.s.
Options:
Cutting discs with three knives (only for ZhTT-2,4 and ZhTT-3,2)
High cut skis
Exemplary quality hay
Thanks to a special design, the knives throw the cut mass up and back in the direction of the cutting beam. Thus, when mowing high-yielding grasses at high speeds, there are no traffic jams in front of it, and the mowed mass is not cut twice. As a result, high-quality hay is obtained and energy costs are reduced.
Careful handling of the root system
Thanks to the high frequency of rotation of the rotors - 2850 rpm - the mower cleans without injuring the roots of the mown crop. Strige develops a speed of up to 15 km/h, which increases productivity, the renewal of meadows and the probability of a good harvest at the next mowing.
Quality mowing without losses and clogging(//tractor-service.com)
Uniform pressure on the soil and dynamic copying is provided by three spiral springs of the balancing mechanism. The result is a stable, uniform cut and minimal clogging of the mass.
Reliable and uninterrupted work
A reliable tensioning device with a soft, yet strong spring ensures effective tension and uninterrupted and smooth operation of the belt transmission.
Convenience of service
Maintenance of ZhTT-2,1/2,4/2,8/3,2 Strige is extremely simplified and does not require special tools and equipment. All 5 places of lubrication points have a very convenient location.
Protection from damage
When running into serious obstacles invisible in the grass (hydrants, poles, etc.), the cutting bar is saved from critical damage by cutting safety elements located on each rotor. Due to this, failure of other elements of the cutting beam is prevented. There is no need to disassemble and change all the gearswheels of the cutting bar, it is enough to change the cutting support and the mower is ready for work
Option: disk plate with three knives.
Discs with three knives (supplied optionally on ZhTT-2,4 and ZhTT-3,2) rotating in the opposite direction to each other provide a wider overlap on each disc in comparison withdiscs with two knives. This means:
30% reduction in the load on the rotor disks;
Fuel economy;
Uniformity of the mowing technological process;
A guarantee of a clean stubble cut in any weather, incl. and in conditions of high humidity
