Zubrovka (chapoloch) - saplings, Zhytomyr region.

The healing properties of this plant, thanks to its great vitality, were noticed even by our ancestors. At that time, nothing could compare with this medicinal herb. Zubrovka strengthens the body and ensures good blood circulation. Extracts from the herb are used to make cosmetic skin care products. Nutrient substances contained in extracts from this plant give the skin the energy it so needs to look young and fresh. The herbal infusion is used to treat cough and sore throat, cracks and dry skin, as an eye lotion, for women's postpartum problems, and even to treat venereal diseases. Zubrovka can be used as a tonic and fixative for hair.

In the liquor industry, a huge number of plant flavorings and essences are used for the production of aromatic tinctures. The herbal mass of zubrovka has a strong aroma of coumarin and a slightly astringent taste, which allows it to be introduced as one of the ingredients in many food essences. In France, zubrovka is used to flavor candies, tobacco, and soft drinks.
