The new Supn seeder (plastic for seeds and fertilizers) is intended for dotted sowing of calibrated and uncalibrated sorted corn seeds, of sunflower, castor and sorghum, as well as seeds of fodder beans, soybeans, beans and lupine with simultaneous, separate from seeds, introduction of mineral fertilizers and rolling of the soil in the rows. The SUPN-8 seeder — the vacuum is created by a fan driven by a hydraulic motor from the tractor's hydraulic system. The SUPN-8-01 planter - the creation of a stable vacuum in the pneumatic system is provided by the SUPA 02.000 device - a gas jet compressor. The SUPN-8M seeder - the vacuum is created by a fan driven by the tractor PTO - 540 rpm.SUPN-8 planters are aggregated with YuMZ, MTZ-80/82, T-70S tractors. The principle of operation of the SUPN-8 planter is as follows. By means of the transmission mechanism from the supporting and driving wheels, the rotation of the seed sowing discs and spring augers of the fat seeding apparatus is carried out. The vacuum in the horseshoe-shaped cavity of the cover of the seeding device of the SUPN-8 seeder is created either by a fan driven by a hydraulic motor from the tractor's hydraulic system, or by vacuum from the tractor's exhaust using a special pipe. To control the amount of discharge on the fan or on the exhaust, a control valve with a diaphragm pressure gauge is installed. The seeds are sucked into the holes of the rotating disc located in the discharge zone and transported from the intake chamber to the discharge zone. The removal of excess seeds that have been sucked into the holes back into the intake chamber is carried out by the pins of the fork installed in the intake chamber of the SUPN-8 seeder device, between which the seeds that have been sucked into the holes pass when the disc rotates. In the lower part of the device, when the hole passes from the vacuum zone to the atmospheric pressure zone, the seeds fall one by one from the hole and are placed at the bottom of the furrow formed by the seed heel of the coulter. The spring augers of the fat-seeding device of the SUPN-8 seeder with the left and first winding carry out fertilizers from the hopper into the funnels. Dispersers, making oscillating movements at the outlet windows of the funnels, disperse the fat flow, ensuring a uniform stream in the fat ducts, and then into the furrows formed by the fat heels of the coulters. The wrappers of the SUPN-8 planters cover the furrows with the seeds and fertilizers placed in them with soil. Then those behind the wrappersrolling wheels compact the soil above the furrows, creating contact between the seeds and the soil and conditions for them to absorb moisture. At the end, the plumes or chains level the topography of the field and create a mulched soil layer.
