A medium-ripe variety of zucchini, original use. The color of the rind in technical maturity is whitish, in biological maturity it is yellow. The fruit is smooth, cylindrical, slightly ribbed at the base, up to 30 cm long, weighing 0.7-2.2 kg. The flesh is dense, juicy, yellow, falling apart into fibers.(//tractor-service.com)
The "Spaghetti Raviolo" variety has excellent taste qualities. Place the whole zucchini in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then the fruits are cut in half, the seeds are removed and the "vegetable spaghetti" is laid out on a plate and salt and butter are added to taste. In order to get the "spaghetti" effectzucchini are collected after they turn yellow.
From personal experience:
Zucchini is delicious. It can be fried and you can safely make casseroles with it andother vegetables, meat, cheese. If you cook it like spaghetti, it's best served with mayonnaise orsour cream.
