Semi-automatic bottling in bag-in-box bags, model BB12, is the optimal solution for a small business with average production volumes of bag-in-box bags per hour. This machine is an ideal alternative to more expensive bag-in-box bottling machines, as it combines almost all the same functions as a full-fledged bag-in-box bottling system. And it allows bottling of oil, wine, and juices in aseptic bags.
Table-top bottling in bag-in-box packages, equipped with an electro-magnetic flow sensor (flow meter), on which the operator can set any volume to fill the container (minimum 1 liter).
The operator must select the amount to be filled and the machine will perform a full cycle:
Opening of the electromagnetic valve
Turning on the pump. (The pump is not included in the price, it is recommended to use an impeller pump). But the machine has automatics and a socket for connecting the pump, i.e. if you connect any other
pump through this socket, the automatics will cut off the electric supply to the pump, thus shutting off the product supply.
Shutting down the pump
Closing the electromagnetic valve
The machine also has a function of manual nitrogen injection (an inert gas displacing oxygen) after filling the bag in the box.
The support surface (table) can be removed so that it is possible to fill the second type of containers, such as plastic canisters, metal canisters, or PET bottles.
