The rotor and stator with rollers together with two plates form closed chambers of variable volume, into which, with the help of a spool device, a working fluid is supplied under pressure, which causes the output shaft to rotate through the cardan system. Working liquid: any mineral oil with a kinematic viscosity (20 - 800) x 10-6 m2 / sec. at a temperature of (243-363) 0K. Ambient temperature OM - 50°C to + 50°C.
To protect the cuff seal from the pressure of drainage leaks of the working fluid exceeding 1 MPa, it is necessary to provide a drainage hydraulic line connected to the drainage hole.
When the pressure in the main drain is up to 1 MPa, it is allowed to not install a drain line,drain drain will take place through one of the non-return valves into the drain cavity of the hydraulic motor. The check valve is activated by an excess pressure of 0.1 MPa in relation to the pressure of the drain cavity.
The hydraulic motor should not be subject to mechanical effects from the deformation and displacement of the hydraulic lines connected to it. The warranty period of the hydraulic motor is 24 months after shipment from the factory, but not more than 18 months from the day of commissioning and operation, not exceeding 3000 hours, which complies with TU 23.2.1588-82. Storage conditions for hydraulic motors (before commissioning) should be 1 (L) GOST 15150-69.
