Mineral fertilizer spreader. Fertilizer spreader, Kirovohrad region.

The spreader of mineral fertilizers is attached with the help of a three-point systemtractor. When processing the soil, it captures from 6 to 14 m. The total weight of the unit is 70 kg.
The spreader is intended for surface application of solid mineral fertilizers in granular and crystalline form (mainly top dressing), sowinggrains and seeds
The spreader consists of a frame, a pyramid-shaped hopper, a feeding, dosing and spreading device. The principle of operation of the unit is as follows: when moving across the field, fertilizers are fed from the hopper with the help of a feeding device to centrifugal fat-spreading devices, which distribute them in fan-like streams over the soil surface.(//tractor-service.com)
The spreader provides the necessary quality of work when working in different soil and climatic zones on fields with a slope of no more than 8º. The machines ensure the application of fertilizers in the fields and in the gardens with their successive cultivation by tillage tools, as well as the feeding of winter grain and row crops, meadows and pastures.
Spreaders are loaded in the field by car and tractor loaders, as well as general purpose loaders.
The drive of the working bodies is carried out from the power take-off shaft of the tractor with the help of a cardan shaft and bevel gears.
