Emergency situation PKF "Techno-T" produces lines of any capacity (starting from 12 tons/day and up to 600 tons/day for raw materials) for processing post-alcohol bard and beer grist into feed mixture of the DDGS standard.

The principle of operation of the line is as follows:
The post-alcohol grain slurry from the storage tank is fed by a piston pump of the brandVNPB - 10/32 through a pipeline to a separator, where it is divided into two phases: fugat - with a low content of solids, wet concentrate - enriched in solids. ВНПБ – 10/32 по трубопроводу в сепаратор, где разделяется на две фазы: фугат - с низким содержанием твердых веществ, влажный концентрат – обогащенный по твердому веществу.
After the separator, the wet concentrate flows by gravity into the press, where moisture is further separated. After the press, the bard is fed by gravity to a drying unit, in which the product is dehydrated to 7-10% final moisture. Next, the product is sent to the mill, where it is broken into fine fractions and then sent to pneumatic transport for packaging in bags.
