Machine for cleaning runways for Airports KAMAT RWC 1000 HS, Kyiv region.

Rubber deposits and debris on the runway are removed by high-pressure water jets. Then all the water is completely removed with the help of a suction device.
The heart of the car is a 140 kW Kamat high-pressure pump with a capacity of 29 l/min at a maximum working pressure of 2500 bar.
The car has acapacity with a volume of 6m3. Water constantly circulates through the system, cleaning the runway. Two filters (100 and 25 microns) are alternately used for water purification. In addition, there is a 10-micron filter installed on the inlet side, between the booster pump and the high-pressure pump.
The car body can be tilted for maintenance and cleaning of the water tank.(//tractor-service.com)
This allows easy access to all components: high-pressure pump, fan, feed pump, cooling system and other systems of the installation.
The RWC 1000 HS is an ultra-modern car that automatically removes all types of rubber deposits from the contact of aircraft tires in the runway area.
The high-pressure pump works at pressure from 1000 to 2500 bar (stepless regulation) and with a flow rate of 29 l/min. During the work, dirty water and debris are completely removed from the runway due to the installed suction device.
Depending on the condition of the runway and the thickness of the rubber coating, the vehicle can cover an area of 1,500 to 3,000 m2.
In the event of an emergency, the cleaning device can be lifted within 3 seconds and returned to the vehicle. The vehicle can leave the runway in less than 10 seconds.
