I will sell a second-hand grain mill ZPK-1200 intended for processing 9 types of grain (including fodder wheat, barley, buckwheat, millet,corn, peas, rice, oats, soybeans) into groats.
Multifunctionality is the main principle of the grain processing complex.
Universality is achieved due to the use of two different processing methods on the roller unit: the 1st method with metal rollers - grain cutting with minimal friction (grain crusher); The 2nd method with millstones is grain husking with maximum use of friction (grain brush).
Pneumatic supply of raw materials and pneumatic blowing of production allows to obtain the final product without the presence of flour inclusions. The calibration of groats is regulated by standard sieves (slotted and perforated). The final product has 6 different fractions: groats of 3 numbers, flour, meal and husk. The yield percentage of marketable groats is 70-85%
Productivity is from 0.4 to 1.2 t/hour. Production of cereal crops on the equipment for obtaining roll-type cereals - wheat, buckwheat, barley, pearl barley, corn, pea, oat, rice, millet.
