More than 80 liters of milk can be processed with the "Motor Sich SCM-80-15" separator in 1 hour of operation. A milk container with bowlscapacity 12 l allows pouring at least 6 l, i.e. 50% of the cup.

For the best result, the milk is heated to 40-50 °, then poured into the bowl of the separator during its rotation. At the same time, cream is separated from milk in the cream separator.

The separator is equipped with two drain pipes: one for cream, the other for skimmed milk. They are distinguished by volume, the stream of cream is much thinner.

The separator works due to the rapid rotation of the drum, during which a centrifugal force acts on the milk, which ensures the separation of the milk. The drum in household separators operates at a speed of more than 10,000 revolutions per minute. At the same time, the milk quickly separates into 2 parts: fat-free and fat. The speed is not gained instantly, but in a minute.
