SEED VIABILITY ANALYZER GermPro 7010
Features:
The SinarGermPro 7010 barley analyzer is a portable device that is convenient to use in port laboratories, in
grain storage and field laboratories. Ego can be used to determine the germination of seeds, as well as heat-damaged and pre-germinated grain. Ideal for
grain laboratories, malthouses, seed breeding stations.
Description:
The GermPro 7010 grain viability analyzer makes it possible to simplify and speed up the measurement of the enzymatic activity of the seed embryo. This occurs due to the acceleration of the reaction occurring between hydrogen-producing enzymes and the tetrazole salt solution.
The tetrazole solution is in
reaction tank under conditions of reduced pressure and constant temperature.
When a living grain embryo comes into contact with a tetrazole solution, the seed turns light red. When checking the color of the grain, non-viable seeds are revealed, and the germination of the sample is also determined.
Compared to traditional methods, the analysis procedure on the GermPro 7010 takes not hours, but minutes!
Advantages:
· An ideal device for determining grain viability and pre-emergence condition.
