In St. Petersburg, on Vasilyevsky Island, there is Gavanskaya Street. There is a school on this street. In this school, as in any state. the institution has a sign to the left of the entrance. The inscription on the plate reads:
"School No. 4 with IN-DEPTH study of the French language named after Jacques-Yves
Cousteau"

The language, I believe, is taught exclusively by the "immersion method"...
