Atropurpurea seedlings for sale (Ajuga reptans), Kherson region.

Creeping creeper is a perennial plant that got its name thanks to long rooting shoots, at the ends of which daughter bushes are formed. The leaves in the center of the rosette are burgundy, the flowers are blue. It blooms at the end of April - beginning of May, releasing arrows up to 30 cm high.
The plant was named Zhivuchka because it is quite unpretentious and drought-resistant, and moreover, it is not demanding on soils - it can grow both on rich soil and on stony surfaces.
The uniqueness of zhivuka is that with its help you can create elegant red-brown spots in the flowerbed. In addition, it is one of the few ground cover plants that grow well on slopes. She feels great among the stones and in the depressions between them, in curb plantings along paths. The plant is suitable for large rocky gardens, as it quickly forms a dense thick cover.
If it is necessary to cover a plot of empty land in the shade, where it is impossible to arrange a lawn, you will not find a better plant. Shrubs can be planted in the foreground of flowerbeds, interspersed with their cushions in a composition of conifers, perennials and shrubs.(//tractor-service.com)

There are also other ground cover plants: periwinkle, budra, spiky phlox and many other decorative plants.
