Plum b/c (half) quick freeze.
We are engaged in the wholesale sale of frozenfruits, berries and vegetables. As well as sales of dry dairy products, butter and dry egg products.

Our partners are leading producers of frozen fruits and vegetables, dairy and egg products in Ukraine. The raw materials used are carefully selected, sorted and cleaned. Frozen products are made on modern equipment, using the latest freezing technologies. In terms of health and taste, frozen fruits, berries and vegetables are practically not inferior to fresh ones. This is the optimal way to preserve products without any preservatives or other additives.

Fruits, berries and vegetables are subjected to rapid, low-temperature (shock) freezing, at a temperature of minus 30-40 degrees, in the so-called "boiling layer". The low temperature and high speed of freezing leads to the formation of very small ice crystals, which do not destroy fruits and vegetables at the cellular level, and this is a guarantee of preserving the taste, shape and the entire composition of vitamins, mineral salts and other useful trace elements.(//tractor-service.com)
