SPD Trukhin V. I. offers repair and manufacturing services for hydraulic cylinders (piston, single- and double-action, telescopic, plunger) with the parameters required by the customer. At the same time, we use cold-drawn honed pipes for sleeves, chrome solid rods and chrome hollow rods for rods.
When repairing hydraulic cylinders, we perform the following works:
• replacement of sealed cover and rod sets;

• replacement of cylinder attachment points (ears, forks);
• production of cylinders according to the customer's drawings.
Each cylinder, before shipment, is tested, which excludes the occurrence of defects in the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. All manufactured and repaired cylinders are covered by a 6-month warranty, subject to compliance with all operating norms of the equipment.
