Installation for fish waste, meat and bone waste, Chernihiv region.

I offer a successfully tested idea and equipment for solving the issue of waste from any meat and fish production. On the equipment proposed by me, it is possible to cheaply process: forge, boil, squeeze out broth, dry and grind (grind) meat, chicken, meat and bone, offal, fish and other waste, into feed flour andtechnical fat. The measure of the influence of the equipment on the raw material assumes the maximum preservation of the protein and useful microelements present in it. The obtained feed is highly valued not only when using it for fattening livestock and poultry, as well as fish and domestic animals (dogs and cats). The high productivity of the equipment is achieved by the maximum dehydration of the boiled mass, which provides low loads on the dryer, which reduces its dimensions for placement, mounting it in the form of one aggregated installation, the amount of steam and electricity consumed. All control functions are collected on one control panel. They are served by one or two people. Installations can be of different productivity: URM-5 (productivity up to 5 tons of raw materials/day), URM-10 (up to 10 t/s), URM-35 (up to 35 t/s), URM-60 (up to 60 t/s), URM-80 (up to 80 t/s), URM-120 (up to 120 t/s) and more. Aggregate execution is possible.
We carry out individual orders for equipment.
