Textolite, Kharkiv region.

Textolite sheet is one of the most popular materials for insulation. It is made of a layered sheet material, the basis of which is a cotton fabric saturated with a thermoreactive binder, and which has electrical insulating properties. This type of textolite lends itself well to various methods of mechanical processing. It is used in the production of gaskets, bushings, gears, etc. This material provides the product with low weight, a longer service life and no noise during operation. You can buy textolite in a wide range and at favorable prices from OOO Vostokvneshtorg Stalservis

There are such types of textolite in letters:
A. Suitable for working in oil and in the open air with an ambient temperature of about 20 degrees, has high indicators of electrical characteristics;
B. It has good mechanical performance, operating conditions are similar to brand A, but excluding work inoils;(//tractor-service.com)
HF It is intended for operation at significant frequencies of electric current, operating conditions are the same as those of brand B;
PTK-S. It is used in the production of bearings.

In addition, there is also textolite for the manufacture of gears and bearings for ship equipment, metal rolling mills, for work with large and small loads, etc.

The following parameters are typical for sheet textolite: longitudinal — 600-1480 mm, transverse size — 450-980 mm. At the same time, there are possible deviations in length from the norm by 35 mm for length and 50 mm for width.
