Ultrasonic knife USL - 400, Zhytomyr region.

Ultrasonic knife USL from ECT is a modern equipment for precise cutting of food products without deformation, sticking and loss of raw materials. Ultrasonic cutting technology uses high-frequency mechanical oscillations of more than 20 kHz, which allows you to obtain a clean and even cut even on products with a complex structure.

When the product needs to be cut precisely, accurately and without loss, ultrasonic technology provides a result that is difficult to achieve with traditional methods. Regardless of the operator, the products are always cut with the same quality and high precision.

Ultrasonic cutting equipment is widely used for cutting cheese, meat andsausage products, bakery products, confectionery, frozen products and other food products. The technology works especially effectively with soft and semi-hard cheeses.(//tractor-service.com)
For soft cheeses, the ultrasonic knife ensures a neat product appearance and allows you to reduce production losses to 5–10%. When cutting Maasdam or Emmental cheeses, the characteristic pattern is preserved, and semi-hard cheeses with various inclusions are cut without streaks and structure damage.

Ultrasonic cutting also minimizes the risk of additional bacterial contamination on the surface after cutting. As a result, the shelf life of finished products can increase by 15-20%.

The ECT company designs and manufactures ultrasonicequipment for the food industry in accordance with customer requirements and international standards. We provide installation, adjustment and integration of equipment into production lines.
