We saw the quality of this technique and its endurance, and we also saw all its weak points. In combination with this experience, we developed the sunflower harvester SABLIA. The basis of the harvester was SUNSPEED (90% of all spare parts are interchangeable), the remaining 10% of spare parts were borrowed from John Deere (Hydro Flex) drive, scythe and pulleys. When preparing the harvester, all the pipes for the frame, reel and auger are made of special structural steel manufactured in Turkey.

The gearbox is standardly made in Poland, for an additional fee we offer a vertical gearbox Pro-Drive 85MVv GKF SCHUMACHER catalog number 14811.01
The spirals of the auger are standard of our production (welded method) as are done by all domestic mirobars, but for an additional fee we offer continuous coils (as in the original) of Ukrainian or European production. One-piece auger is balanced and much more resistant to abrasion, which in turn extends the service life.
By default, the auger comes in one piece. For an additional fee, we offer to make it from 2 equal parts (as in the original) which are connected with the help of a splined shaft and there are additional bearings at the connection point in the center. This, in turn, reduces the load on the drive shaft and bearings, increasing their service life.
Winding machine - standard drive is mechanical (all from the cardan). Adjusting the height is a lanyard, which mechanically allows the operator to change the height of the reel. For an additional fee, we offer to install a hydraulic motor on the drive and a control unit with hydraulic cylinders - this allows the operator to adjust the height and adjust the speed of the reel, thanks to which we are not tied to the speed of collection (as the cardan drive requires a speed of at least 5 km/h but no more than 7 km/h), so thanks to this, it is possible to collect up to 12 km/h.
The lifter is standardly made of rough metal, as in the original. For an additional fee, we offer them in stainless steel. The shape of the lifter is 100% made as in sunspeed.
Painting - powder paint according to RAL. For an additional fee, we offer paint that was developed by special order according to the original John Deere paint. It is more resistant to burning in the sun and has an improved shine.
