Cooperation. Proposal for manufacturers of building materials, Kyiv

It is advisable and possible to reduce the cost of production of building materials by using as raw materials ash and slag waste from the thermal power industry (CHP, boiler houses), which after processing, grinding, to of the required degree of dispersion are used in the process of production of cement, concrete, brick, cinder block, dry building mixtures, etc.
To organize the process of transferring raw materials (dump products) into the required fraction (thousand of grinding) without significant material costs, it is possible by using acrusher fine grinding, continuous (flow) grinding. Productivity, depending on the material - 8-12 t/h. The initial size of the raw material is slightly more than 40 mm. The initial fraction of the product is 70-75% less than 0.16 mm. for the passage The mobility and simplicity of the design allows you to organize work directly or near the dumps in order to minimize transport costs.(//tractor-service.com)
