Whole grain millstone flour, Rivne region.

Our wheat whole grainflour is made from whole grainwheat by the millstone grinding method. Slow grinding of the grain between stone millstones allows you to preserve the natural structure, shell and germ - all that forms the true taste and nutritional value.

Such flour has a rich aroma, natural color and works well in dough. It is ideal for sourdough bread, yeast baking, rolls, cakes and homemade products.
