Part type: Sprocket Z-12 (12 teeth) with a seating diameter of 30 mm is intended for installation on the shaft of the gearbox of the feeder of grain throwers ZM-90 (ZP 02.617). This is a highly loaded transmission element made by casting from high-strength cast iron with an elongated hub. The ring has Z-12 teeth with a t-38 chain pitch, a hole for a ⌀30 mm shaft with a keyway is bored in the hub, and a hole for axial fixation is also provided.

This sprocket is installed on the ZP 02.617 shaft of the ZP 02.106 gearbox housing as part of the cover assembly with ZP 02.300 gearboxes. The unit is attached to the lower part of the conveyor of loading ZP 02.000 grain thrower / grain loader ZM-90 produced by the Mochalin Agro Nut Plant. The part ensures the transmission of the torque to the two gearboxes of the feeder drive, so its wear is critical for the performance of the equipment.

Why is it important to replace a worn sprocket on time?
Wear of the chain or teeth leads to misalignment, vibration and premature failure of the entire gearbox. The price of repair of the gearbox is not commensurately higher than the timely order of this spare part. If you notice a backlash or extraneous noise in the feed mechanism, you need to buy a new sprocket immediately to avoid costly downtime during sowing or harvesting.
